Last edited: March 07, 2026. These terms govern the acquisition and utilization of Teqbot hardware and digital ecosystems.
Usage Limits
By deploying Teqbot hardware (IndiVo Soundbox or Smart Switch Modules), you agree to:
- Use the hardware solely for its intended purpose in commercial or residential environments.
- Never attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with device firmware or encrypted communication handshakes.
- Maintain a stable network connection for critical over-the-air (DFOTA) security patches and firmware updates.
Product Support
Teqbot hardware is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of synthesis/purchase. Support is available for hardware failures, app synchronization issues, and firmware update failures. Warranty is void if the device enclosure has been opened or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
Accountability
Teqbot Innovations Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from network failures, unauthorized application of third-party firmware, or hardware misuse outside of technical parameters. our liability is limited strictly to the cost of hardware replacement or service fees.
Disputes are subject to the governing law of India and exclusively within the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand courts.
