- Operational Data: For Soundboxes, we process transaction amounts and timestamps to trigger amount announcements. We do not store or process sensitive banking details or payment credentials.
- Account Details: Name, contact number, and email for Teqbot Smart App synchronization and support.
Security
Every Teqbot device utilizes AES-256 encrypted communication channels. Our hardware is engineered to meet BIS standards, ensuring that over-the-air (FOTA) updates and device communications are invulnerable to interception. Your data is stored on secure, local servers within India, adhering to national data residency requirements.
Usage
Collected data is strictly used for product performance optimization, security monitoring, and customer support. We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers. Information is only shared with authorized service providers (e.g., cloud hosting or payment aggregators) essential for the operation of Teqbot services.
